Can't get delivery and can't cancel
The V3kit was ordered from the Optimus Tech web page on 9 Jul y 2024<br /> After waiting approximately a week, with no notification of any sort, I called the Bogota office of Optimus, and was informed that the units were in stock in Miami, Florida USA, and were awaiting import permits and shipping.<br /> It is now 6 weeks since this order was placed, and paid for thru their payment handler ePayco. I wish to cancel this order and receive a full refund to the card upon which payment was made. I have reached the 4th level of personnel that supposidly can handle this.<br /> I have never received any confirmation of the order, other than the ePayco receipt. No notice of shipment or date that delivery was expected. The delivery time was a vital consideration in my placing the order. I have made numerous calls to the Bogota office, and get a runaround, saying I need to talk to someone else. When I have succeeded in contacting that person, they know nothing and say another person is responsible.<br /> I will not accept delivery of the package at this late date, as my needs have be fulfilled through another source.<br /> Today is 22 August 2024, and the web page still shows units in Miami, awaiting shipment to Colombia.<br />
